How often do overtime eligible employees receive paychecks?
Twice a month on the 10th and the 25th.
Will my deductions come out of both checks?
Yes. Your deductions will be split in half and come out of both checks. The only exception is your 403b, if you currently have a percent withheld from your check. The withholding will be based on your gross pay each pay period.
How do I know if I am overtime eligible?
If you are required to use Time & Attendance or fill out a timecard, you are probably overtime eligible.
Will my semi monthly pay be the same each pay period?
No. With the number of pay days fluctuating slightly each pay period, your pay will also vary since it is based on the actual hours worked during the pay period.
What do I do if I forget to log into Time & Attendance?
Email the correct information to your supervisor so s/he can make the change.

The pay schedule can be found on the Accounting website under Payroll.
