On-Call Campus Security (Nights and Weekends)
- Part-time, on-call position beginning as soon as possible
Serves the Principia community, guests, and the general visiting public by upholding and prayerfully supporting Principia's standard of safety and security; provides a security presence and monitors traffic, events, and the activities of people on campus; responds to and assists the community with security matters and/or emergencies as a campus first responder. Immediate need for weekend coverage (all shifts) and some weekday/night coverage as needed. School Athletics: Boys' Basketball Head Coach

The boys' basketball coach is a whole-man character educator whose presence makes players want to strive to be better. Institutional Research Officer
- Full-time, 12-month position beginning as soon as possible
The Institutional Research Officer is responsible for data collection and analysis in support of student learning, reaffirmation of accreditation, strategic planning, budgeting, and college operations. The Officer will review and interpret data, reporting the findings through both written reports and oral presentations. The Officer will work collaboratively with the administration, faculty, staff, and students on both curricular and co-curricular programs. Land Stewardship Assistant
- Part-time, 12-month position beginning as soon as possible
This halftime staff person serves as an assistant to the college’s Land Stewardship Manager, and is responsible for implementing land stewardship activities on the Principia College campus under the direction of the Land Stewardship Manager. Overall activities include, but are not limited to, supervising the Land Stewardship team; demonstrating good field work skills and operating BNR forestry tools and equipment, often independently. Serves the Principia College community, guests, and the visiting public by upholding Principia's standards for safety and security; provides a security presence and monitors campus traffic, events, and activities; responds to and assists with security matters and/or emergencies; maintains professional training and standards in accordance with departmental requirements. Resident Counselor (Upperclass Co-Ed Dorm)
- Full-time, nine-month position beginning July 1, 2016
The resident counselor lives and works in the dorm and is a character educator, assisting the dean of students in the implementation of Student Life's educational charge (with emphasis on Principia’s Policy 19, College-Wide Learning Outcomes, and Student Life Outcomes). Through example and counsel, the resident counselor encourages students to grow in their understanding of Christian Science, in moral courage, and as world thinkers and healers. The resident counselor provides a spiritually nurturing home life for students and is most effective when able to see beyond accepted paradigms and from new perspectives. Special Requirements: Ability and willingness to work long, flexible hours in both team and self-directed settings; willingness to have at least 50 percent of meals in the student dining room (three meals/day are included in compensation); ability to obtain college van certification; CPR certification or ability to complete Principia-provided training within 12 months.
