2012 Arts on Tour

Experience the arts at Principia! Gather your family and friends, and join us for live instrumental, vocal, and theatrical performances and an exhibit of artwork by current College students.

A select group of musicians, actors, and vocalists from Principia College is traveling to the Northeast to deliver five unforgettable performances guaranteed to delight and inspire.

Dr. Marie Jureit-Beamish, the Charles Stewart Harding Mott Distinguished Professor of Music, will lead this talented group of Principia performers. Featured students include Ashley Alarcon (flute), Marla Hansen, (piano/violin), Hunter Hoffman (theater/baritone), Jeff Messman (piano), Michelle Miller (flute), Emily Odell (flute), Mallory O’Neill (piano), Anneke Reed (soprano), Corey Thornton (piano), and Kyle Whitney (theater/tenor).

Traveling with the performers is Chief Executive and College President Dr. Jonathan Palmer, who will open the program with remarks about recent progress and achievements at Principia.
