Payment Schedule
$400 non-refundable deposit due with application.
Twenty-five percent of balance due by November 1, 2010.
Remaining balance due by September 1, 2011.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before November 1, 2010, forfeits the deposit of $400. Cancellation after November 1, 2010, but before September 1, 2011, forfeits payments up to $1,000. Cancellation after September 1, 2011, allows no refund.
